The Cleaning Certificate We Issue

The documents above are about the company. There is one more certificate, and it is about your tank. After a job, commercial and industrial clients receive a cleaning certificate from us, along with the tax invoice.

It records the site, the date, the tank that was cleaned and the chemical that was used. Restaurants, hospitals, schools and factories keep it on file to show their auditors or the health department that the tank has been cleaned and disinfected.

Home customers do not usually need one. Instead, we ask you to look inside the tank yourself before you pay. The full sequence is on our service procedure page.

Questions About Our Certificates

Is Karachi Tank Cleaning a registered company?

Yes. The company is registered with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and both registrations are kept active by filing every year. Scans of both documents are on this page.

What is ISO 45001?

ISO 45001 is the international standard for occupational health and safety management. A company is certified only after an outside certification body has audited how it identifies hazards, plans its work and protects its workers. Our certificate was issued in August 2025 and is valid to August 2028.

Can I verify these documents?

Yes. Each scan shows the registration or certificate number. The SRB and FBR registrations can be checked against those numbers with the two tax authorities, and the ISO certificate can be confirmed with the certification body named on it.

Do you give a tax invoice?

Yes. Because the company is registered with SRB and FBR, we can issue a proper tax invoice. Commercial and industrial clients receive one with the job, and home customers can ask for one.
