A house is priced in one of two ways: by the size of the plot, or by the capacity of the tank. Use whichever you know. Each rate depends on whether you have an underground tank, an overhead tank, or both, and both tanks in one visit always cost less than two separate jobs.
Every rate on this page is the same one our online calculator gives, so you can check the list here and then book there. Apartment buildings, commercial premises and factories are not on a fixed list, because the tanks differ too much. Those are quoted after a free survey.

Example: a 240-yard house with both tanks is Rs 5,000. The same house with only the overhead tank cleaned is Rs 3,000.

The quote for these sites depends on four things: the capacity of the tank, how deep it is and how it is reached, how much sludge has built up, and what safety equipment the job needs. A 400-gallon house tank needs nothing extra. A 400,000-gallon factory tank needs a larger crew and more safety equipment.

Sludge that is only stirred up and flushed through your pipes is not removed. It should be taken out of the tank by pump and vacuum.
Washing takes away what you can see. Disinfection deals with what you cannot. Ask which disinfectant is used and whether it is in the price.

Priced by house size, an underground tank on its own costs from Rs 3,000 for a 60 to 100-yard house up to Rs 9,000 for a 1,000-yard house. Priced by capacity, it costs from Rs 2,500 for a tank of up to 600 gallons up to Rs 7,000 for 6,000 gallons.

Yes. Both tanks in one visit cost less than two separate jobs. For a 120-yard house, both tanks together are Rs 4,500. Cleaned separately, the underground tank is Rs 3,500 and the overhead tank is Rs 3,000, which adds up to Rs 6,500.
