You inspect the tank before you pay. If you are not satisfied with our work afterwards, we come back and redo it at no cost.
It has three parts, in this order.
When the cleaning is finished, we ask you to look inside the tank yourself. The team does not pack up its tools until you have cleared the work.
If you see sludge left behind, or a wall or corner that has not been cleaned properly, tell the team. They fix it there and then, while the equipment is still set up.
If you find a problem with our work after we have left, call or WhatsApp us. We return and redo the work, and you are not charged for it.
Payment is made after the job, once you have checked the tank and are satisfied with it. Our rates are on the charges page, and there are no hidden or extra charges.
The guarantee is on our work. It cannot cover the water that arrives after we leave.
In each case we come back and redo the work at no cost.
These come from the supply, not from the cleaning, and are outside our control.
This is the most common call we get after a job, so it is worth explaining. A cleaned tank stays only as clean as the water that goes into it.
In Karachi, line water can arrive dirty after a gap in supply, because silt that has settled in the pipes is pushed through when the flow starts again. Tanker water and boring water can carry silt and colour of their own. Any of these can make a clean tank look dirty again within a few days.
That is why the inspection before payment matters to both sides. You see the condition of the tank at the moment we hand it over. If dirt appears later, we can look at it together and tell whether it is something we missed or something that came in with the water. If it is ours, we redo the work.

If the cause is our work, yes, and we will come back and redo it. If the cause is the water coming into the tank, no. Line water after a supply gap, tanker water and boring water can all bring fresh silt and colour into a clean tank within days, and that is outside our control.
