What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
This website, karachitankcleaning.com, is run by Karachi Tank Cleaning, a water tank cleaning company based at Plot-C, 23, Nazimabad 3 Block 3 Nazimabad, Karachi, 74600. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Karachi Tank Cleaning.
We collect information only when you choose to enter it.
The quote calculator on our homepage asks about your tank first: the type of property, which tanks you have, and their size. To show you the quote, it then asks for:
Your name, number and the quote are saved at the moment the quote is shown, even if you do not go on to book. We do this so that our team can follow up with you about the quote.
If you go on to book, or if you ask for a survey of a flat, a commercial site or a factory, the form also asks for:
The form on our contact page asks for your name, email address, mobile number, a subject, and your message.
If you leave a comment on our blog, the name and email address you enter are stored with your comment.
If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or send us an email, we receive your number or address and whatever you tell us. WhatsApp and email are run by other companies, and their own privacy policies apply to those services.
We use your information for these purposes only:
We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Your details are seen by the staff of Karachi Tank Cleaning who handle bookings and by the team that comes to do the job, who need your address and number to reach you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own use. We would only pass it to someone else if the law required us to.
Form submissions are stored on the server that hosts this website, in files that cannot be opened from the internet. We keep them for as long as we need them to deal with your booking or enquiry and for our own business records.
If you would like your details removed sooner, ask us and we will delete them.
This website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or any other tracking tools.
It sets one cookie, and only when you submit a form. That cookie lasts for your visit and exists so the site can show you the "thank you" confirmation after your form is sent. It is not used to follow you around the web.
Two parts of the site come from other companies, and they may set cookies of their own:
Like any website, the server that hosts this site also keeps standard access logs, which include the IP address of each visitor. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
You can ask us at any time to:
To do any of these, call or WhatsApp 0313-2796778, or email contact@karachitankcleaning.com. You do not have to use the forms at all. You can always get a quote or book by phone.
Our services are for householders and businesses. This website is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change what the website collects, for example by adding an analytics tool, we will update this page first and change the date below.
